
One-Hour Call
- Fill out my Contact form.
- Upon receipt of it, I will also ask you to sign appropriate paperwork, and to submit payment.
- Receive advice on a variety of small issues.
- This is a one-time service.
Behavior Packages
- Fill out my Intake Questionnaire.
- I’ll schedule a Meet & Greet to discuss your cat’s situation and overview how my consultations work.
- You’ll also be asked to sign a Consent to Treat and to submit payment for the number of sessions agreed upon for your cat.
- Upon receipt of all paperwork, I’ll schedule you for a minimum of four weekly check-ins.
- At each weekly check-in, we will discuss progress and you will receive homework.
- Following each check-in, you will also receive a PDF of my instruction and notes.
- When your cat’s behavioral situation has been resolved, I will send you an Exit Survey.
- Your vet will also receive a one-page summary of our consult.
Big Three Cases: For cases involving any of the big three behaviors (elimination, scratching, aggression), unless I advise otherwise, you must purchase at least eight weeks.
Pay-As-You-Go

- You will have opportunity to receive demos and practice.
- Following each check-in, you will also receive a PDF of my instruction and notes.
- When your cat’s behavioral situation has been resolved, I will send you an Exit Survey.
- Your vet will also receive a one-page summary of our consult.
Webinars
- Fill out my Contact form.
- After each member of your group completes my Save A Spot and my Waiver, I will ask you to submit payment.
- Watch a presentation and then ask questions live or through email.
- Each webinar section will be limited to ten participants to allow for discussion.
- After the webinar, you will receive an Exit Survey.
Interactive Classes

- After each member of your group completes my Save A Spot and my Waiver, I will ask you to submit payment.
- There will be four one-hour sessions and the possibility of a guest expert.
- Each class section will be limited to five students to allow for maximum participation and feedback.
- At the final class, you will receive an Exit Survey.
