In the fall of 2018, a local pet owner contacted me about a kitten she had found. and brought to our local humane society. The kitten had been labeled feral, and she was afraid it would get euthanized. My husband and I viisted the kitten in the shelter, and found it was also losing weight. We fostered it and then found an adoptive home, where Onyx now happily lives.
